Minimum academic requirements

S.4 Certificate/Certificate in catering

Duration: 9 months
Term: 3 terms
Fees payable: Ugx 1,000,000 per term
Study time: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Study days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Target number: 20 students per class

Study time: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Study days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

One On One Course

With our One on One Course you will learn how to prepare the different salads, soups, breakfasts, fast foods, cuisines, juices, knife skills, danish pastries, cookies, cakes and decoration, bread, scones and rock buns, pies, doughnuts, buns and pizza.

Baking and pastry– Ugx 2,500,000 flexible package
Cooking– Ugx 2,000,000 flexible package
Cake and Decoration– Ugx 1,500,000 for two months, 3 days a week and 3 hours a day
